TALLES CITY HOTEL

Wir haben einen Upgrade bekommen und hatten eine Art Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage sauber gemacht, dass wurde uns bereits beim Check In mitgeteilt. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es einen Club direkt gegenüber gibt und die Geräuschkulisse sehr laut ist am Abend besonders bei der Fensterseite. Preis Leistung war aber Top, wir sind zufrieden.

Location, near the Konak city center. Lot of shops and restautants within 5 - 10 minutes. Sea side 10 minutes walk through the favourite shopping mile. AirCondition was working well and quiet. Taxi station and train station very close.

Superior double room very small (25 m²? incl. bathroom) and dark. no table - no space for further interrieur. Acceptable for one person with a trolley ;-). Personal was not always present, No english speaking personal - translation by phone.

This property would have gotten 5 stars all the way, however, the air-conditioning was not fully working, so it only got down to about 77°f/25°c. Also, be prepared for loud music (bass thumps) late into the night. The the hotels fault, it's the active Izmir nightlife.

Hotelde konakladığımız süre boyunca harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Konumu gerçekten mükemmeldi, Kıbrıs Şehitler Caddesi'nin hemen yanındaydı ve çevresinde birçok restoran ve mağaza bulunuyordu. Ayrıca kordona da çok yakın olduğu için her yere kolayca ulaşabiliyorduk. Geceleri biraz sesli olabileceği konusunda bilgilendirilmiştik, ancak camları kapalı tutup klimayı açarak hiçbir rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Personelin ilgisi ve hizmet kalitesi de oldukça memnuniyet vericiydi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel, herkese tavsiye ederim.

I was received by a very nice and helpful receptionist. The hotel is close to the Alsancak railway station.

The staff ignored my requests for the invoice. They promised it three times, but I never received it. The area was quite noisy in the evening. The breakfast was very poor.

Bulunduğu konum aşırı sesli sabaha kadar yüksek müziğe maruz kaldık. Hotels bilgilerinde otopark var yazıyor fakat bahsettiği otopark ücretli anlaşması bile olmayan bi otopark. İşletme sahibine yanlış bi rezervasyondan dolayı talepte bulunduk fakat bu konuda hiç anlayış göstermeyip yardımcı olmaya bile yeltenmedi. Sabah keza yan taraflardan temizlik ve otel personelinin sesleri rahatsız ediciydi.
