Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel

Great position Nice pool

Rooms were nice but it is clear that the maintenance has been neglected a little in the past. Bedsheets and sofas had several stains (for both our rooms, so I guess it’s not an isolated case for a single room). The ground floor room had a persistent camphor odor that could have been at least masked somehow (in case it was necessary to use that much camphor in the room). We had some minor misunderstandings with the staff that was however always kind and ready to help

Staff at the property were always available and willing to help. The swimming pool area was lovely & peaceful. The location is in the heart of everything and we also heard monkeys during our stay!

Our room was very tired, needed fresh paint. Toilet was wobbly when sat on and could just be cleaner in general. Air conditioning wasn’t great

Location was in the heart of Ubud but back from the busy street noise so was really quite in the evening for sleeping and relaxing in the afternoons. Sutera our amazing driver who was highly recommend by the hotel was incredibly lovely, we had 2 amazing days of tours and he also drove us to our next destination.

The bed was too firm for my personal preference.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour se promener dans les rues d'Ubud à pieds. Le personnel de l'hôtel est charmant.

Le petit déjeuner. Pas trop de choix, que des plats salés. Et les jus de fruits frais coupés à l'eau et servis avec des glaçons n'étaient pas terribles.

Alles, besonders das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett.

Das Mobiliar war etwas abgenutzt, aber dennoch schön.

La posizione è ottima, in pochi passi si arriva alla foresta delle scimmie, a 15 a piedi si arriva al palazzo di Ubud e il mercato. Nonostante la zona centrale e molto caotica, l’hotel è molto silenzioso e immerso nella natura.

La possibilità di fare il bagno di sera, non c’è molta illuminazione.

What a beautiful little place. No TV was so amazing. Quiet.

Breakfast only has 4 options so we ate elsewhere on the 2nd morning.

Nothing

The smell of room, especially toilet, smells horrible. The daybed is stained. So gross.
