Staff was really kind and helpful. The room at first seemed really good and spacious.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Internet had its limitations and didn't work well in most cases, so we couldn't work from home. There was a constant buzzing sound coming from the ceiling part. And each day at 06:22 exactly we woke up to the loud mosque sound, which might not be the hotel's problem, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere and it was uncomfortable for us. We hope they improve on these in the future.

Convenient location to well known eateries, Penang Road & downtown tourist attractions. Staff always very helpful & efficient. Booked a standard room & it’s not as new, clean or comfortable as the free upgrade to a studio just a week prior.

The rooms are kept presentable but can notice unfixed small fittings or slightly dirty areas in the room
