Thái độ của nhân viên khi vào sửa máy điều hoà phòng thô kệch, không thân thiện, phòng k dc sạch sẽ, có tiếng động khá ồn ào, khách sạn không hoàn tiền khi trả phòng sớm dù đã thông báo ngay khi check in và lễ tân đã đồng ý nhưng phút cuối trả phòng thì quản lý trở mặt k trả, xử lý yêu cầu của khách chậm chạm, cố tình gây khó dễ cho khách. Rất ức chế khi rời đi và k bao giờ quay lại đây.
