Generally a good experience! Location is in the city center, close to the tram and buses. The apartment was big, had lovely interior and generally looked very nice. Plus for hair drier, soaps, cotton pads and q-tips and everything in the kitchen. It had everything you need basically. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding. Communication with the hotel via chat was easy. Some concerns was that the bedrooms are in the cellar and one of the rooms didn't have a window, which is sketchy in case of fire. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to chat with the hotel to know if it was safe to go back inside. But the alarm is obviously super sensitive and they had installed large fans in the hallways, so it felt safe. It's worth to note that we saw three long-tailed silverfish, which is common in newer buildings, so take precautions and put your luggage on something and not on the floor. If you're a light sleeper the bedrooms in the cellar is a minus because you can hear (and almost feel) the tram go by. Also the flushing and water draining from the showers in other rooms are quite loud. When we arrived there were some dirt on the sheet and hairs on one of the pillows, but I think it was an honest mistake because the bedding looked clean elsewhere. We told the hotel and they offered us a late check out and 10% off the next stay, which was a nice offer.

Nice, clean, comfortable, convenient

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3 days in Tallinn. Walking distance from the ferry port and Old Town made it a great location. Highly recommended unless you need an elevator. We were on floor 3 and there wasn't one so we made a couple of trups to get our suitcases to the room. The amenities were picked out perfectly! We had brought our own adaptor but having one that matched our US plugs available was a nice personal touch. The shopping bag was a money saver as most places in Old Town charged for bags. And last, but not least, the handwritten welcome note was a sweet surprise. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and clean appartment, good value for money and good location. Only negative is too much messaging via whatsapp posing off as being personal and familiar, giving it a somewhat fake feeling. Otherwise great, highly recommended!

Family trip and needed more rooms, for that purpose this was a good choice.
