Me cancelaron mi reserva el mero día y nisiquiera pudieron hacer el rembolso, yo lo solicité por paypal. Querían que yo cancelara cuando ellos eran los que no me podían brindar el servicio

"Buena ubicación pero muy malas instalaciones"

Había personal muy amable en el Hostel.

Las instalaciones eran realmente lamentables. No había visto un hostel con tan malas instalaciones. Duchas, baños, limpieza, comodidad por debajo de lo esperado, muy mal cuidado.

just the location is good, besides that this place must be closed because is dirty, uninhabitable, dangerous, ugly; I know some of us want to save some money on the hostels but this was the worst experience in my life

almost everything but the worst part are the bathrooms are dirty all the time, it's poor iluminated (some hours there is not light at all)

"Bery bad experience and sick"

Nothing. It is very very bad

Not clean, bathroom broken, they don’t care to improve, bed bugs, if you stay more than one night you will be sick for sure
