Very noisy

Quartos e espaços bem organizados, localização ótima, atividades oferecidas e cuidados com o silêncio.

Em alguns momentos precisei falar com os atendentes, porém não encontrava ninguém, mesmo telefonando. Acabava resolvendo questões com orientação de outros hóspedes. A porta de entrada muitas vezes estava aberta, o que me faz questionar segurança depois de certo horário.

Petit déjeuner offrant peu de choix : œufs, pancake, bananes...et c’est tout ! Manque une lampe de chevet d'un côté...

The manager Reuben took such good care of making me feel welcome (he remembered me by name). One could notice that he is really dedicated to keeping all spaces clean and tidy.

Nothing major. I really enjoyed it. If I had one favor, I'd ask for bread for breakfast but the stay is already an amazing value so I can understand if this is not possible.

Clean and the beds were comfortable.

My room (a private double with a sink, but no bathroom) was large, comfortable, and did not overlook the busy street, so was relatively quiet. The TV in my room had a small selection of movies. It was Thanksgiving Day, and the staff cooked a nice Thanksgiving dinner for us — which was a really nice extra. The hostel is located in an interesting neighborhood in Mission Beach, one block from the beachside promenade. Nice kitchen, with bananas and coffee provided in the morning (I think pancake batter was also available). Interesting international mix of guests, with a very friendly, sociable British host.
