Clim not working very well

Bathtub are useful, should give bathbombs, good view from swimming pool

Bathrooms could be better, beach is short walk

Good location, lovely pool, food was lovely. Bonus was happy hour on cocktails.

Steep steps within the resort make it hard for people with mobility issues.

Stayed in one of the pods! They are very cool and unique.beautifully decorated rooms with flowers and folded towel art. Massive curved TV on the wall and a balcony with sun loungers. The bed sheets were so soft and comfortable you get an amazing nights sleep.

The coffee in the restaurant was awful. But that can be easily solved!

Okay rooms. We stayed at the cabins.

The room was not cleaned deep. There was hair in the bathroom and ants everywhere even in the bed. The pool was dirty. The staff was nice and friendly but weren’t that good in English.

Fantastic hotel. The lady on the front desk was incredibly helpful and really lovely. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The other staff were also super friendly. Our treetop nest was wonderful and way exceeded our expectations. Hope to stay again

Location (if you want silent but near mandatory services), view, clean, staff super friendly. Resort restaurant is also OK.

Shower should have more pressure.

I was booked into Bakantiang, but was upgraded to the new part of the resort called Phumala Sea View Resort, which shares same reception/pool/restaurant. The birds nest pods were only opened a month ago and are in very good condition with a high spec. Having read some bad reviews of Bakantiang, I was surprised just how good it was. The pool area had lots of comfortable sunbeds and was a beautiful place to relax with great views. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Great margaritas!

The bed was a bit on the firm side for my liking, but that is quite usual in Thailand. Lots of steps up to restaurant and pool, but worth the effort!

Lovely resort! Room was modern and very clean. Staff was one of the friendliest we met on this trip! Nice pool with a nice view.
