15 - Tourist House Bologna Primaticcio - Self check-in

Appartamento molto grande, con due camere da letto, un bagno davvero spazioso e salone con angolo cottura comodissimo. Il check-in è automatico e con codice. La posizione è un po’ fuori Bologna ma è comodissimo per girare nelle zone limitrofe. Abbiamo utilizzato questa location per il concerto di Vasco a Ferrara.

Magari una bottiglia d’acqua come accoglienza sarebbe gradita, però per il resto tutto ottimo!

I didn't like anything at all.

An old apartment, with old furniture that smells bad, there is grease in the bathroom, a clogged bathroom sink and problems with the shower faucet. Not recommended for quality and price!

The only advantage I can see is that the place can fit six persons and costs a relatively small amount of money

The attitude of the staff is pretty rude and annoying. They have requested a lot of private information via WhatsApp in order to charge the city tax. They were also trying to charge more than it is supposed to be, which is also quite a suspicious practice. The location is pretty bad. It is not really walkable from the train station, a lot of roads are under construction and the transport connection is pretty awful. Calling a taxi even using apps like Uber is a challenge. You never know, whether it will come or not. The toiletries are very limited for a group of six people staying there for five nights. The staff asks if everything is alright, but doesn't help a lot and replies in a quite rude manner that it is not a hotel. However, I stayed in many apartments. A lot of them have a sense of customer service compared to this one. I would recommend staying somewhere else and pay a little bit bigger amount of money to avoid being victimized that you haven't chosen to stay in a hotel.
