Staff was wonderful, great free amenities, convenient location and easy parking

Location, very nearby free parking, clean, spacious room.

We could hear the couple above us when they walking around.

120 Hotel Boutique was just outside of but well located to the charming historical centre, and all of the best dining options it offers. Management and staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, and maintain a beautiful and immaculate property. The extras like snorkel gear and beach towels are a wonderful bonus. This really felt like a peaceful and comfortable retreat that made the final leg of our Spain vacation relaxing and memorable.

The addition of a drawer unit (dresser) would add a little extra functionality to the otherwise peaceful and luxurious space.

Great location in Cuitadella, with easy parking. Room was chic and light. Lovely shower room. Fresh linen daily. No breakfast and no real social space. Fernando was friendly and helpful when we saw him. Gentle check in/out times.

The room looks just like the photos and is in a great location for walking around the old town of cituadella. The hotel had a very detailed experience with various beach items to borrow if you want (umbrellas, snorkel, games etc) Both hosts were very welcoming and I enjoyed the restaurant recommendation of Pinzella around the corner very much on my first night. El Hogar del Pollo is an excellent tapas place if you want great relaxed local food - another recommendation. While there is no dedicated parking there is a large free car park just behind the hotel which was really convenient. If you have a car the hotel is also very easy to drive to the beaches of son saura and marcarelleta which I enjoyed very much. A longer drive away if you want to see the north side is Cala pregonda and Cala del pilar.

Not a deal breaker but no breakfast, most hotels seem to offer as standard. That being said the fridge and small cutlery allowed me to do my own breakfast on the terrace and there are several supermarkets in walking distance

A great stay, warm welcome and lovely room. Nice touches like beach towels, umbrella and snorkels.

One of the best quality boutique hotels that I have ever been to! Our stay was marvelous thanks to the owner, who was extremely kind, helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and equipment to make our experience far from amazing. Besides information about restaurants, beaches and different activities that the island has to offer, the hotel provides their guests with all the necessary material to go the beach (umbrellas, towels, diving goggles and so on) which is utterly generous and something which you hardly experienced anymore.
