O facto de no pequeno almoço, alguns funcionários não falarem o português. Estamos em Portugal, é a língua materna.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the excellent dinners, which were always delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the waiters and reception team. They were always available and happy to assist with anything we needed, whether it was an adapter, a toothbrush, an iron, or any other request. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. When we planned early morning sunrise hikes, the hotel kindly prepared takeaway breakfast bags for us, including a gluten-free option for me, which was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the local entertainment provided by the hotel, such as live music, traditional singers, and special themed dinner evenings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the wonderful people working there made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing significant that we disliked. Our stay was very enjoyable and met all of our expectations.
