"Decepção"

Encontrei, sobre o ralo do box, um punhado de cabelos longos de hóspede anterior. Fotografei, falei com a camareira e levei à recepção para mostrar a falta de higienização. Me ofereceram desconto (já havia pago na reserva), crédito para futuras diárias ou algum bônus. Não aceitei pois o que queria era higiene. Também não tem no quarto telefone e informativo com horários de café e janta, cardápio de lanches bem como informação sobre saídas de emergência. Café da manhã bom.

Muito bem atendido. Quarto agradavel, ar condicionado excelente! Camas confortaveis e limpas e travesseiros muito bons. Bom estacionamento e funcionarios simpaticos e atenciosos. No primeiro dia a música durante o cafe da manha estava bem alta e desagradável, mas nos dias seguintes foi corrigida.

"Final de semana "

A cama é boa, o chuveiro é bom, o banheiro é pequeno, a tv é pequena e tem poucos canais então não dá para ficar por lá sem notebook. O café é um dos melhores que já estive, o hall de entrada é muito bonito, o estacionamento é seguro e o atendimento é bom.
