Price in comparison to other properties was a tiny bit better

Not well maintained, different from pictures, not all advertised facilities were available

There were bed bugs and roaches and no hot water.

The property was well located. Nice neighborhood. Very clean. Hospitality was great.

There was a Tv missing in one of the guest bedroom.

Good location. The apartment is comfortable in general. The parking is great. The AC works great.

It needs a better clean. The little patio looks forgotten. The couch was very dirty and we found food crumbles under the bed. The bathroom also needs some rust prevention work.

Outside ( grass and broken tiles on the steps.

Couple bugs had a hay day during the night on my mother.

Location was fine

Dirty kitchen, walls, shower. Broken chairs, thin walls. I contacted owner and sent videos and pics. I asked for a partial refund given the discrepancy between the description and reality. Don’t stay here. The owner also marks bad reviews as ‘fraudulent review has been reported to booking.com’. Apparently this is their tactic to discredit the reported conditions. I have contacted the better business bureau.

The only thing good about this property is how it looks in the photos. The Vrual finish of the property is very poor.

As you will see in the photo there is a window with a blind behind the bed. You can not open this blind as the otherside is the neighbours utility room. Who then do thier washing between midnight and 4am everynight. So the otherside of that window you have a stranger, banging and crashing the metal washer and dryers, talking on his phone the whole way through. The noise of the washing machine spinning against the wall your head is against for hours. So don't expect any sleep. Don't expect daylight or any fresh air as you can't open the blind or window. They state they have sound proof walls but the wardrobe between the 2 walls doesn't even have a complete wall let alone sound proof, so you'll hear everything between the 2 bedrooms. The mainlight in the bedroom flickers on and off like a strobe light but you have no choice as you can't open the blind. The wardrobe door also hangs and swings dangerously. I usually take reviews with a pinch of salt but why would anyone pay for these conditions willingly. They clearly have more than 1 apartment so show the photos of the best one. I have sent the owners videos of the noise we had to listen to everynight and haven't even received an apology. I have also sent the videos to booking.com who offered £20. Chose somewhere else and enjoy your stay!!! If I could attach videos I would so you could all hear how loud this was night after night.

It had everything we needed in the property.

No secure area for young children.
