הגענו 4, זוג עם 2 ילדות בנות 11+15. החדר לארבעתנו היה גדול כמובטח. המיקום טוב מאוד, קרוב לשוק הלילה ולעיר העתיקה. המקלחת סגורה ולא יוצאים מים לכיון השירותים והזרם של המים נעים ומצויין. מיטת ההורים הזוגית הייתה נוחה מאוד. בחדר היו 2 מזגנים שעבדו בצורה מצויינת, קיררו את החדר טוב ומהר. פקידת קבלה בשם נני.שעזרה לנו לסגור אטרקציות. מיקום מרכזי ושקט.

כשהגענו החדר היה מסודר ל 3 אנשים למרות ששילמנו על 4. היו רק 3 כריות. המיטה של הבנות שלנו הייתה עם מזרון דק ולא נוח. בחדר 2 כורסאות שהיו ללא המזרון או הריפוד שלהם אז נאלצנו לקרוא להם. אק למחר. סידו רת זה שיהיה אפשר לשבת. חדר האמבטיה הינו ביחד עם חדר השירותים אז בכל פעם רק אחד יכול להיכנס וזה מעכב. אין מנעול בכניסה לחגר האמבטיה! הסבון הנוזלי בחדר נגמר, ביקשנו שימלאו והתעלמו מהבקשה. כל בוקר קיבלנו 3 מגבות במקום 4. בריכה קרה.

The location of the hotel was great! Near some nice cafes and convenience stores, but to us, most importantly was that it was near Waroros Market (which one of the staff recommended). There is also a really good massage place next door. The room was spacious and clean. I fell sick during the trip and the hotel receptionists were very kind, bringing me my food deliveries and cutlery. They also upgraded our room for free! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Thapae Twins Hotel.
