Stayed here as Mayo Clinic was closeby. It seemed like a low class facility for sick people and ALL their families. Housekeeping was good/adequate; staff non-descriptive but will say attending personal could get out of the check-in desk and tidy lobby, check restrooms and water plants ( or have no plants ) .. Edward was the best person we ever saw for hospitality and help. He is a good employee. Our stay was two weeks.

I was the caretaker for one of my best friends and we stayed at this hotel from July 27, 2025 to August 28, 2025 and during our stay we had the privilege of being served by some very professional people. I would first like to share about one of the housekeeping/service attendants, Jessica Vasquez. She is so kind, efficient and her smile and personality light up the hotel. She was very pleasant whenever we needed our room serviced and did her job with such care, always happy to be of service. The next person, I would like to mention is the front desk attendant, Edward Vidales. He always greeted us with a smile whenever we would pass by from a day out at the doctor's office. Whenever we needed extra towels or supplies he would always be helpful in getting them for us without appearing bothered. And lastly, Brittney (I do not know her last name but she is blonde and works the front desk at night), she was also very pleasant and helpful when we needed packages brought up and or supplies.
