部屋が広く、お風呂、トイレがセパレートだった。

全体的に埃がすごく、清掃の点で普通のホテルならクレームが出るレベル。バスマットの下に敷くマットに髪の毛がたくさんついていたし、サイドテーブルは埃だらけ、おそらく普段あまり稼働してない部屋でGWでひさびさの利用だったのかと感じた。暑くて窓を開けると外の室外機がうるさく、窓を閉めてエアコンをつけるとずっとカタカタと音がして、家族全員よく眠れなかった。

Space was huge by Japanese hotel standards and the location was very convenient next to Kokura station. It was also nice to have the shower and tub separate from the toilet and sink.

Check-in process was a bit tricky with the staff calling on the iPad. Their accent (non-Japanese) was very difficult to understand through the call and I had to ask them to repeat the questions. The room also wasn't the cleanest, with stained carpets throughout.
