"Comfortable rooms with bad staff. Especially that one staff member."

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. They come with refrigerator, A.C, TV. The heated water is available and there is a ventilation fan installed in the bathroom.

They only provided 1 towel and did not issue any toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the staff member was extremely rude. He was talking to me as if he was the owner. When I wanted to discuss about my stay to the manager he claimed that he was the manager and that he made all the rules when in reality it was not true. Pathetic service I had to ask for cutlery more than 3 times via Calling the reception from the room.

Room was clean and all amenities were fine.

Only staff was not much active . So they take time for all kinds of assistance .
