BeZaa Hotel is in a great area with a lot of things to do and lots of restaurants within walking distance. My experience right from check-in to check-out was fantastic. People are very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was good and the AC worked well. The bath was again hygienic. There was warm water at all times. The rain shower was wonderful. There was a problem with the hand shower but this was repaired immediately on complaining. Kudos to BeZaa as most hotels would have dragged their feet. The micro brewery and especially the restaurant were excellent. The food was really good and authentic. The laundry service is also good and reasonably priced I had a great experience over all and I recommend this hotel

This hotel is extremely cozy, stylish and pretty. Seldom have I stayed in such a charming hotel, especially not in India, and felt at home right away. The staff ist very professional, sweet and welcoming and has an eye for the detail. There is an in-house brewery (you get a free welcome beer) and an amazing bar with great DJ/music and delicious beer. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but its design ist pretty, fresh and eccentric.

The windows need a serious cleaning. The view from 7th floor would otherwise be amazing. In the 8th and 4th floor the outdoor facade decoration limits the view and is lit at night. Otherwise, the view ist stunning towards a forest/park and the wetlands at the horizon.

The staff were very helpful and polite, particularly regarding my mother's wheelchair requirements. Our room was clean and comfortable; room service was always punctual; and the food was very good, particularly their "methi corn pilau".
