Location is a bit far, food deliveries are not easy to do compared to other hotels

Super Hotel mit modernen und komfortablen Zimmern. Alles scheint ziemlich neuwertig und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Gym bietet viele Geräte und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war großartig mit sehr viel Auswahl und für jeden was dabei. Die Lage ist auch gut und fußläufig zur U-Bahn und zum Meer.

Der Außenpool war leider geschlossen, was schade war. Das Personal am Empfang spricht teilweise gar kein oder nur sehr wenig Englisch. Aber alle sind bemüht und mit Übersetzungs-Apps geht es ja auch

we book adjacent room as we travelling with elderly mom. she usually scare to have lights out, but great view and lighting of the sz bay and the eye of sz, ( though far, still pleasant) , so she can have peace if mind at night. at night the building has led deco, stands out from other building , very xmas!

we thought we booked a suite with two rooms and a living, but end up it is two adjacent rooms with a door in between 🙄😓 the check in staff and the cleaning staff not very well trained, very slow check in efficiency for prc shenzhen standard! but they have good and helpful attitude, thats a plus!
