The girl at the front desk was very helpful

Pretty much everything, a hospital room is nicer then this room was. Extremely uncomfortable bed on a metal frame, the worst stay I have ever had. Extremely overpriced for what was there

Location was good

The walls are really thin - we could hear the tv in the room next to us. The beds are not very comfortable, it was hard to sleep with the noise and the bed being so uncomfortable.
