At 11:00 pm after unpacking and getting ready for bed we pulled the bedspread down and found that the sheets had not been changed since last guest. We called the front desk. She said she was very busy but would come up when she could. She came up and saw that the sheets were not fresh. She offered to move us to a different room or bring fresh sheets so we could remake the bed ourselves. We chose the fresh sheets because we had already unpacked and were in our pajamas. This should never have happened and was unacceptable. The front desk person that evening did the best she could do, however when I spoke to the front desk person in the morning she didn't seem interested in our situation.

Room was great but the staff made my stay the best. Customer service was excellent! Location was the best.

No microwaves in the rooms and none available in lobby. Also the pool was too cold.

The reception staff was pleasant and helpful.
