We did get to stay for breakfast because we had to leave before it started but the staff was able to get cereal for our daughter and we ended up taken a few muffins for the road. So that was great think.

The young lady at the front desk was super personable and seemed engaged in her work.

The beds had big hard lumps in them and very hard. The pillows were plentiful but all down or take down with about 27 feathers pretty pillow, which made them useless. The lamp bases were all rusted. The inside of the fridge had black slime in the bottom of it. The floors were dirty under the raised nightstand and around the edges of the beds. At least four pieces of wallpaper are delaminating from the walls to the point they were folded over into themselves, falling down the walls. The shower was disgusting - there was pubic hair and scalp hair stuck all over the walls. We had red mildew covering the right lower back wall and black mildew growing in the corners of the shower. There was barely any water pressure at midnight or at 7am. There was no trash bag in the can or anywhere else. No cups in the room or near ice machines or anywhere else. Two of four bath towels and one hand towel had been used then put back as if they were clean. They only offer warm diet soda, warm apple or orange juice and warm water in their canteen. They have disabled people hanging out all around the front doors smoking cigarettes. Even though the desk clerk was friendly she charged my credit card and never told me the balance, what the charges were, nothing No receipt in person or via email. I never even signed for the card charge. I guess we'll see how much it was when my statement comes. This is not at all what we are used to at Hilton, this room was disgusting. We slept in our clothes using our own blankets and pillow just because it was so dirty.
