Dirty toilet and extremely rude staff during and free check in. My room had a dirty toilet that seemed like not cleaned for ages, and heavy smoke smell ina. Non smoking room. It took the hotel manager and his staff one full night to get me a different room. Pathetic! Avoid if possible.

It was clean with polite and courteous staff. They decided to even waive off breakfast charge for our driver who came to pick us up. Ms. Susmita Biswakarma from housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room clean. Thank you! Will visit again!
