THE APPARTMENT WAS GREAT ALL MODERN CONVEINIENCES AND EQUIPED WITH ANYTHING YOU COULD WANT VERY CLEAN THE HEATED FLOOR IN BATHROOM WAS AWSOME!

COMUNICATION!!!! I booked with bookings .com, not sure if that may have been the issue or not but when we had a family emergency and tried to contact them, I found 3 different #s not 1 would answer. I left messages and sent email & finally got a response back on email. Not that it did any good because I was wanting to see if at this week before if we cancelled due to a tragic accident that eventually took the life of one of our crew, we could get any reimbursement-Absolutely not! that is what trip insurance is for! So, my son and I were the only ones able to go and we were supposed to get 24-hour notice for check in it never happened, was sitting in town again trying to get hold of someone for info, that took another 20 minutes or better. And it was always a different person I ended up talking to each time I finally did get through. I am generally a patient person, but this experience really pushed it to the limit.
