In the hallways it always smelled like cigarette smoke (even though smoking not permitted in rooms); the ac is pretty old and made a lot of noise at night; bathroom slippers weren’t cleaned properly and had puke stuck in the sole

Good location. Close to Black Pork street and Dongmun market. Helpful staff when needed. Check in is not face to face .... like air bnb but staff very responsive to messaging. Comfortable, quiet and clean.

Great location near Dongmun market, black pork street and the water (hoe restaurants). Easy to get around and cool stuff nearby. Only thing that would have made it 10/10 would be Netflix access and other online providers. I like being able to access my viewing providers when travelling. This has been difficult along the way in Korea. Not just Jeju. Lofy is clean, pretty quiet and comfortable. Great if you value quiet time. I think it has been good value for the price.

Very convenient location, big and very comfortable bed

There is no hotel lobby or common area.

The location was excellent.

You could eat in the room but there was no kitchen. Very unlikely you would want to eat in the room as smells linger and any allergy to nuts, for example, could be a big problem for someone. No kettle but hot water tap in reception.

It was a decent room with good wifi. It was a self managed entry which meant no direct interaction with staff

The smell of smoke was too strong in communal areas even though it says no smoking.
