Family Suite

Expedia should do a review about this property before posting it for people to stay.

The property description is misleading and photos are false advertising. This property contains several suites with significant differences yet combines all room photos together. The photos depict a large suite with a full kitchen, etc. The suite we actually received only had a hot plate/ microwave in an unheated common sunroom. To present photos that are not at all representative of the suite avaliable is misrepresentation. If multiple dissimilar suites are presented in a single ad the photos must at least be labelled to indicate the suite number to which they apply. Expedia is liable for sustaining misrepresentation on your site.

it was ok. the pictures show a kitchen in the family suite but there’s no kitchen or TV. just some beds, bathroom, microwave and mini fridge. heating took too long to turn on.

There was the worst experience, it had bed bugs in the matresses and not enough pillows, plates and behind the beds was to dirty, the stove was broken I dont know how expedia let them announce. Never never recommended this place.

Every thing was just okay. It was just a place to stay with a reasonable price for our one night in Vancouver for Taylor Swift concert.

I booked this place because I wanted all three of us to have our own bed so that everyone would sleep well. As pictured in the listing there are a king sized bed, a full and a twin, all shown with bedding. When we arrived the twin did not have bedding so I asked the owner for some and they refused. "You are asking for five people's bedding. The room price for five people is different." So buyer beware, or bring your own bedding. That said I'm still not sure it's worth your money, it's a damp smelling basement that isn't very clean (a former occupant's fake eyelashes were on the bedroom floor, the walls and doors and furniture is dirty (a clump of hair hanging from a kitchen chair, mildew in the shower, the peel and stick decor over the stove literally melting off the wall.) What bedding they do provide is just a bottom sheet and then a top lightweight duvet. No extra blankets if you run cold, 4 bath towels and one hand towel, no washcloths. All of this in the boondocks for over $160 USD.

To start we chose to reserve now, pay later feature but yet my card was charged instantly. This stopped me from being able to print a receipt and caused some confusion. The suite was filthy and the television didn’t work, no plug for the tub and all around disappointing experience. When contacted the manager he did nothing to rectify the situation, instead asked us to purchase a new remote and he would pay for it. The home wasn’t even swept, never mind being mopped or wiped down. Awful experience and I wouldn’t stay with this property again.

The unit was comfortable to live. Good for two persons or more.
