Good service at check-in even very late at night. There are not many good comfortable hotels in Mascota, but this one is better than most. The bed is comfortable. The building is antique so dont expect much. I like that they provide fans.

The rooms can be noisy, with noise from the street or neighbors.

everything in the room was very old and it didnt work properly

Location is superb as it is located near the plaza and church. Also, the hotel courtyard and corridors are beautiful and the hotel has a wonderful historic feel to it.

No air conditioning, small windows with minimal ventilation/air circulation, ceiling fan and extra fan provided only move hot / stale air.

Everything. Good value.

This hotel is very unique, it's like an old Hacienda with cozy beautiful gardens to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book. People are friendly and nice, it's like staying at home. The town of Mascota is very loud, due to area it's hard to get a good night sleep, as street noises are constantn& loud, although this is beyond their control.
