Review of Relax InnI stayed at the Relax Inn for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a rough experience from start to finish.Check-In Experience: I arrived very early, ahead of the normal check-in time, only to find a note on the desk stating, "Sorry. Have appointment at 3:00 till I don't know when. So sorry for the inconvenience. Mix up this may create. If you have any questions or concerns here is a phone number you can use to reach us." Thankfully, I was able to check in at 1:00 PM, which is earlier than the typical 2:00 PM check-in at most hotels.Room Issues: Once settled in, I attempted to locate the remote for the TV but was unable to find it. Repeated attempts to contact someone at the front desk were unsuccessful. Deciding to explore the town, I noticed that there was very little to do in the area. Upon returning around 4:00 PM, I saw that two motorcyclists who were waiting to check in still hadn't been able to and eventually left to find another place to stay by 6:00 PM.Appliances and Room Condition: I put some leftover dinner in the fridge, only to find a puddle of water sitting at the bottom when I returned for it. On the second day, I woke up early and went for coffee, which was excellent, but stepping out of my room, I was greeted by the foul smell of rotten fish. Hoping to relax and watch TV, I discovered that it would only play for five seconds before freezing for fifteen minutes. This was incredibly frustrating.Overall: The hotel experience was severely lacking. From the disorganized check-in process to the poorly maintained appliances and unpleasant smells, my stay at the Relax Inn was far from relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

Location

Place is very old, in need of housekeeping staff. TV didn’t work, AC didn’t work properly, floors and tub dirty. The front lobby was a junk yard disaster.

The hotel lobby was totally ripped apart when I arrived and was asked to come back in an hour. After a long drive I was ready to check in, I found another hotel.
