Despite being a gold member and being told I’d be eligible for an upgrade and vip perks, I didn’t receive them at this hotel. There weren’t any actual amenities (gym, pool, restaurant, etc.) but the staff were friendly and communicative. The shower water pressure was nice, bed comfy, room small but that’s okay as I spent much of my time out of the room. Balcony was a nice touch.

It was such a cute and clean hotel, great location. Awesome service from Grisha Davidoff. One of the rare places where they let you have everything from the minibar and don’t charge you 😊 They stored our luggage until our room was ready and actually got our room ready two hours early. Overall, it was wonderful. Would love to go back there! Very highly recommend!

Good stay, nicely designed room, good lighting, very good communication. All communication done through WhatsApp which is great. The place has no elevators, reception or breakfast which may be a drawback for some.

Very centrally located in Porto. Located right next to the beautiful Crystal Palace Park. Room was comfortable and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the free coffee. Only downside was that there was street noise. So if quiet is important, just be aware!
