Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. For late arrivals after 10:00 p.m., please contact the property. Please note that the room is located on the upper floor and the hotel does not have an elevator. Access to the room is via stairs. Please note that a Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation. Pets policy: ● Pets (generally dogs and cats) are allowed, with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Other types of pets are not permitted on the premises. ● A valid pet health record, including up-to-date vaccinations and deworming, must be presented. Failure to provide this documentation will result in non-admittance. ● Pets must have their own bed, food bowl, and water bowl. If not provided by the guest, the hotel may supply them at an additional charge for cleaning and disinfection. ● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, accompanied by an adult, and muzzled if necessary. ● Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, cafeteria, gym, pool, or spa. ● Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner. The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet if it causes disturbances. ● Housekeeping and maintenance services will only be carried out when the pet is not present in the room. ● A contact phone number must be provided at reception. ● Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets in outdoor areas; designated areas are available for this purpose. ● A supplement of €25 per pet per day applies, with a maximum of two pets per room. ● A deposit will be required at check-in to cover potential damages. ● Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the property. La ubicación es buena para quedarte allí y disfrutar del entorno. Si,, por el contrario quieres acercarte a Monesterio, queda un poco a trasmano. La atención del personal fue muy buena.

L'hôtel est magnifique et le personnel agréable

Le petit déjeuner étais très pauvre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ! et surtout pour avoir réservé une chambre deluxe avec petit déjeuner au prix fort ! J'aurais souhaité que vous proposiez un buffets ! Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de frigo !! Dommage 😒 pour un hôtel à 5 étoiles qui pour moi serait plutôt un 4 voir 3 étoiles 🌟 🌟 🌟 Le personnel étais très sympa ! Merci ❤️

Unfassbar schöne Aussicht, alles modern und gepflegt, Personal super, Essen sehr lecker

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt über eine lange, teilweise sehr steile Schotterstraße, für Motorräder oder Sportwagen problematisch

la subida/bajada del local. No tener una bebida/agua de bienvenida. -enchufes de baño: bajos , incomodos para enchufar y muy cerca a la manguera (hace la vea de bidé) - No pudimos disfrutar por tener rota el tubo de agua. al abrir salpicó y podría haber hecho descarga eléctrica o corto circuito. - -tanto desayuno continental como restauración: no están altura de 5 estrellas. Aconsejo a revisar este punto o la categoría que tienen.

El hotel no se ajusta a las expectativas de su categoría. Limpieza de cristales deficiente, desayuno racionado por habitación con precio (19,50e) no acorde al producto (solicitamos un vaso adicional de tomate pero no había disponible), terraza abarrotada de niños en un hotel para desconectar mezclada con clientes en bañador, personal no cualificado en recepción, cargadores de coche eléctricos que no funcionan durante dos días , restaurante con comida pre calentada (80e cena sin vino) , SPA con agua fría (30 grados) justificado por una sostenibilidad que se traduce en incomodidad. El hotel siendo festivo literalmente cerró a las 12 horas sus instalaciones tras el check out. Una lástima que la gestión y trato hacia el cliente sea pésima, a pesar de su idílica ubicación no puedo recomendar semejante experiencia.

La localización con sus vistas y en general el hotel es muy bonito.

Las cinco estrellas quedan lejos, poco personal pero agradable, limpieza regular, la terraza con hierbas y arbustos descuidados.
