Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. For late arrivals after 10:00 p.m., please contact the property. Please note that the room is located on the upper floor and the hotel does not have an elevator. Access to the room is via stairs. Please note that a Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation. Pets policy: ● Pets (generally dogs and cats) are allowed, with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Other types of pets are not permitted on the premises. ● A valid pet health record, including up-to-date vaccinations and deworming, must be presented. Failure to provide this documentation will result in non-admittance. ● Pets must have their own bed, food bowl, and water bowl. If not provided by the guest, the hotel may supply them at an additional charge for cleaning and disinfection. ● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, accompanied by an adult, and muzzled if necessary. ● Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, cafeteria, gym, pool, or spa. ● Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner. The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet if it causes disturbances. ● Housekeeping and maintenance services will only be carried out when the pet is not present in the room. ● A contact phone number must be provided at reception. ● Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets in outdoor areas; designated areas are available for this purpose. ● A supplement of €25 per pet per day applies, with a maximum of two pets per room. ● A deposit will be required at check-in to cover potential damages. ● Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
