"Excellent Location & Outstanding Hospitality!"

The location is amazing—just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Knowing we were leaving for Abu Simbel in the early morning, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance. Although an unexpected issue came up during the night, the management ultimately handled it in a way that left me highly satisfied.

​The night shift staff seemed to lack the authority to handle emergencies, making it impossible to resolve the issue immediately on the spot.
