직원들이 친절합니다. 밤 늦게 체크인하고 아침 일찍 짐 보관하고 체크아웃 했는데 문제 없었습니다. 방은 ... 그냥 가성비다 생각하시면 될것 같습니다. 무난해요.

길거리 소음이 밤 늦게까지 시끄럽습니다. 귀마개 있으시면 좋을것 같아요.

They couldn't find the reservation of my guest i had a bit of trouble in the check in, the lad phone number of the hotel they need to update it coz was out of service, i spoke with them and all the time having guests they didn't care that much, i hope someone contacts me to explain to them .

Professional lovely staff! Omnia and the gentleman at the reception were very helpful. They kindly brought a hairdryer and kettle. Also, the staff at the cafe&restaurant were also nice. Shower pressure and hot water were amazing.

Breakfast could be improved. We wanted to have more types of hot meals.

Had a good stay at the cleopatra hotel. Nice friendly staff including omnia, behind the front desk.
