"Not too bad for one night. "

On my stay, I was happy to get free off street parking, the person at the reception was very friendly and very helpful. My room was number 212 which was perfect size for one person and reasonably comfortable. However there is problems with the room. The hot water tap had no water. The toilet seat is very loose, the TV had no aerial cable not a problem really as I could watch something on my phone. There was no soap in the room which there normally is in every other hotel I’ve stayed in I will stay here again. However I will ask for a room at the other side of the building so hopefully I cannot hear the M4 motorway. P.s On Top of the wardrobe, someone has left a pot of food that does not look very appetising. I could not tell anybody in the hotel as I left early.

the condition of the property was very terrible...... the condition of the room, lobby and bathroom was very bad... it was merely wastage of money and time. Once, I reached there I felt sorry for my self. but I have no idea how I can cancel my booking and how my money will be refunded.... So I have no option but to stay there only. I need my money refund.

The 3 starts are directed at the total convenience. 10 Minute walk from the train station that gets you directly into central London and a 5 minute drive from Heathrow. Free secure parking is also a great help. Unfortunately, the property is very run down inside, room/bathroom could have been cleaner and a lot of updates required. Staff were lovely and would love to return in the future to see improvement, wish all the best for the owners and staff!

"Cheaper for a reason"

First negative was being informed that they had put me in the wrong room - having already wrongly given the same room to someone before me. My first nights sleep was interupted in the early hours by someone banging on the front door. 2nd night interupted by lots of movement and noise in the hallway - soundproofing is a definite issue. Rooms were 'clean' in terms of no litter but overall in poor condition - marks on the walls and carpet - stains/marks on bedding - furniture in poor condition - poor lighting in out dated 'ensuite'

"Worst UK hotel in 50 yrs among many many trips!"

This was not really a hotel. More like a dirty house inside. I appreciate that the owners & managers were from India & I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in India & the US run by people from India. But this was the dirtiest ugliest hotel I ever stayed in. It was smelly & the receptionist had some kind of Indian incense burning in the room she said to make it smell better. It made it worse. I got in my room, closed the door & somehow it got locked & I couldn’t get out. The manager & receptionist together couldn’t help me get out. They finally called a third person who was maybe the owner & finally the door got opened. The bed was terrible & it smelled all night as I lay face down trying to sleep. I was sure I was getting some kind of disease doing so. Sure enough 2 days later back in the USA I got sick & it lasted for a week. I don’t know why. But it was miserable. I asked for a wake up call & they said they don’t do that. Of course, there was no phone in the room. I just didn’t trust my iPhone because I was afraid the electricity might go off during the night & I would miss my morning flight. The toilet barely flushed after several efforts. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The paint was ugly & well worn everywhere. The lights in the room were terrible. The TV was essentially 12” x 10” & it never really worked. Supposedly it was a hotel offer good for the money of a modest stay, but it was a nightmare. Not sure why it was on Hotels.com. It reduced your firm’s credibility!
