Great on site kitchen facilities and shower rooms. Good location for sightseeing and in close proximity to the local garage/shop for any necessities you've forgot!. Stephen is a lovely host and super welcoming. A great stay for some respite or time out.

The pathways leading up to the tents entrance were fairly muddy given the rain, which can't be helped. Perhaps some gravel to the pathway's may help. The bed's are super comfy and well made up, but definitely take some extra layers as the tent can be super chilly, even with the log burner on.

Easy access, really friendly hosts, awesome tents with all the comforts you might not expect ! Really clean and great facilities, quiet and peaceful we even saw some barn owls which we were told about. All in all a great retreat to visit with great access to Whitby and surrounding countryside. There’s some really friendly pubs for great food and drink locally, too. This site also has cottages for hire, if you require a little more home comforts.

The site is all ready planning upgrades and aiming at higher standards of which are already high. I personally can’t say of any dislikes and would therefore say I have none. 6m bell tents is a site for those who like the out doors and want to get away from the hassle of life. If you’re wanting amusement parks and gaming it’s maybe not for you.
