Despite it very expensive price, the breakfast was modest, very generic. Staff was available only from time to time. No real restaurant to have a diner

It’s absolutely amazing. The exterior, the surrounding nature, the interiors, and the kindness of the owners and staff all create a truly special experience. The castle itself has a striking and powerful presence, beautifully complemented by carefully selected materials and furniture that make the entire property feel both refined and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a wooden bathtub and an incredible view over the river and greenery — it felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed in every possible way. I also really appreciated the QR-code entry system, which added a very seamless and modern touch to the stay. Everything throughout the hotel seems intentionally chosen, with remarkable attention to detail, and it was one of those rare places where you can instantly imagine yourself living there. Another lovely detail was the breakfast service: after asking about our coffee and eggs preferences on the first morning, they remembered them and simply confirmed them again the next day. Small touches like this made the whole experience feel even more personal and carefully curated.

The only minor detail that felt slightly inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise impeccable standards was the selection of pre-set breakfast items, which leaned a little too much toward standard packaged products rather than the more refined touch one might expect from such an exceptional property.
