Kantu Hospedaje

I had a great stay at Kantu Hospedaje. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the place is in the perfect location for early morning flights as it is just a 5 minute walk to the airport.

Friendly hotel run by an old couple. Had a nice long chat with them in Spanish.

Very nice hosts and very close to the airport. 5 minute walk. Rooms are quite, simple and clean. It's also very safe. They also stored our lugguge for 10 days for us fo 50 soles. Amazing

5min walk to airport, lovely hosts, warm, clean, hot shower with great water pressure (woohoo). Bed has lots of blankets. They stored my luggage while I traveled into the Amazon. I arrived late and left early next day to catch flight.

Pillows were too thick so I used my plane neck pillow.

It is VERY convenient for an early morning flight. It took me 3 minutes to walk to the airport. The rooms are basic (you get what you pay for) but the hot shower was HOT and the bed had so many layers that, despite any heating in the room whatsoever, I was warm under the covers even though it was -3C outside.

I checked in late evening hoping for a night of sleep, ahead of an early flight. Sadly, there is zero sound proofing. The neighboring rooms watching TV and the all-night door slamming on every floor kept me awake, despite earplugs. There is also a small window above each door that opens onto the corridor with a fluorescent white light. So it was totally bright in the room. Overall I wish I booked somewhere more expensive but also more comfortable in the city center and just woke up earlier to take a taxi. I didn't sleep at all that night.
