The location to Broadway was a pleasant 10minute walk - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to feel part of the Nashville scene.

however its proximity to the Interstate 40 was a real problem for constant traffic and noise all night, that and the fact that there weren’t any curtains to block out early morning light meant that we got no sleep on the first night and very little sleep on any of the following 2 nights . Arrival and getting into the property was not clear at all. There were no instructions for the washer and drier and being non Americans this was not our usual set up and it took me an hour or so to figure it out. Carpets in the dressing room were dirty.

Great location great parking, safe and felt like you have a personal apartment super close to downtown.

Everything was great and easy! The bed wasn’t dirty but not super clean the floors looked dirty and the place had a funky smell and felt a bit dirty. Some stains on the floor/ carpet the floors just looked like they had been mopped in a long time the fridge had water stain that had never beenn wiped down but the bathroom was clean. Over all if u get a fair price definitely worth it but for as nice as the apartment is feel like it should have been cleaner

Apartment was well equipped and comfortable and a great location

No block out blinds on bedroom window which would have been nice for both privacy and a sleep in on occasion

Lack of drink machines/snacks

I liked that it had a full kitchen and a washer dryer. I also liked that it had 2 huge walk in closets.

I didn’t like that it took us 40 minutes to get into the room because the passcode given wasn’t working and we came to find out it also happened to our neighbors. We were exhausted from our long delayed flight and ended up standing outside our room for 40 minutes to reset the code. We also did not like that the tv wasn’t working. We came back to relax in the room but the tv didn’t work. They switched it the next morning but we paid for the amenities and wasn’t able to enjoy it. Lastly the entrance to the apartment was very sketchy and we were a bunch of girls and it felt very dangerous to us each time we came back. The neighborhood was amazing on one side but the other side was sketchy and the entrance was just not well lit and did not have security and was very small and in the corner.

Fab apartment! I could live there :-) Very spacious & very well equipped. Would stay again! Loved the car park on the same floor as the apt.

Some confusion in messaging. $50/hour to have a late check-out is ridiculous!
