13- Tourist House Bologna Pratello - Self check-in

The owner was there and was very flexible with check in times.

The pictures give a different impression of the place. It felt like a servants’ quarter kind of set up, going from door to door in an apartment building and eventually getting to the apartment, which was technically a big room not set up for hanging out. The place is not wheelchair user friendly.

Friendly and helpful host, great location and the airco was super in the hot weather.

Host was extremely responsive - came immediately I arrived to let me in, show me the ropes and then left me to it with a contact number inviting me to contact him for anything at all. I didn't need to, but nice to know it was there.

This is an amazing location - right on the 'night life' street of Via Del Pratello. The room however looks to the back so it was completely quiet. This did mean it didn't have a view - it looked onto an internal courtyard - but it meant it was super quiet and peaceful, whilst being right in the heart of the action.

great location...walkable to train and main areas

wish we had a window to look outside. ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. heat controlled by manager off site.

perfect location! there was a washing machine. guiro gave great advice about restaurants and activities.

Very central location, very friendly staff. House was clean, and it was warm.

Noisy, no sound isolation from other apartments, we could hear everything in the other appartments.

We had everything we needed and the service was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

the location was alright and the property was ok.

it was freezing cold in the apartment and the host did not want to turn the heating higher. it was controlled remotely by him.
