Everything was amazing! The view it’s really stunning, house really clean, spacious and the upstairs games room kept us and kids busy. We travel a lot and I can say is the best house we ever stay.

We only stayed for one night, passing through on a longer journey, but will definitely come back for a longer stay. Absolutely fantastic house to a high spec with everything you could want. So much space and the bar room / cinema room was an amazing surprise!

Fantastic property - much bigger than the photos suggest. The kitchen / dining room is large and the view is to die for. The spacious living room offers up a wonderful log burner along with a huge TV with Sky and the expected streaming services. Uniquely, this property has all four bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and.a king-size master bedroom with en-suite) on the ground floor making this ideal to accommodate any mobilities. The ground floor also hosts the main bathroom furnished to a high specification. With all the living space on the ground floor, the real wow factor is on the upper floor - a massive open plan space featuring a pool table at one end while the other is given over to a home cinema system - projector and sound system hooked up to both an Amazon fire stick for streaming services, and a full karaoke system (a first for any location I've stated!) All in all, the accommodation is up there with the best on offer for the price in the region. The only downside to this property is the slightly remote location, but this in itself is mitigated with the fantastic surroundings and unbeatable views coupled with the joy of exploring the area driving to and from the house (for non drivers there is a bus stop minutes from the door that runs services to nearby Helensburgh) But for those driving, more than plenty of options are available with Loch Lomond tourist attractions within half hours drive, as is Inverary Jail and Castle, while a bit further afield (90 mins) is the historic Glencoe area. For main supermarkets, Dumbarton (around 40 minutes) offers M&S Food, Morrisons and Asda all pretty much next door to each other. The hosts themselves - Lee and Kerrie - have taken time to think of their guests and haven't just provided a holiday home but a true home from home - and one I hope to return to one day.
