"За 4 дня нашего пребывания ни разу не поменяли постельное белье!!!!!!"

Большие номера, очень хороший завтрак!! и больше ничего

Бассейн за допплату, в описании отеля об этом ни слова. То есть бассейна нет!!!! За 4 часа, проведенных в бассейне, пришлось заплатить 100 долларов. Не открываются окна. Почему? Горничные недобросовестно выполняют свои обязанности, мы проживали 4 дня с двумя малышами и нам ни разу не поменяли постельное белье!!!!! Кроме того, в один из дней горничные при уборке номера сломали крышку от унитаза и так все оставили......??????????? пришлось обратиться к администратору об этом их поступке. Напомнить также, что забрали полотенца и не дали вместо них другие, как это вообще возможно?

Posizione molto comoda vicino alla stazione dei treni, camera pulita e bagno confortevole con tutti i prodotti. La colazione molto ricca e palestra abbastanza grande e fornita di attrezzi

расположение удобное . рядом жд вокзал, находится на пешеходной улице

в номере пульт от телевизора был без батареек.попросил в ресепшн помочь. в ответ тишина . решио вопрос на второй день сам у стойки. окна не открываются , кондиционер ночью сильно гудит. сауна , бассейн платно .
