"Exceptional"

No sooner had we arrived when our rental car died. While we sorted things out on the phone with the car rental company, Jason, the manager at Cielo House provided us with a plate of his excellent home-made Chicken Masala. His friendly and sympathetic ear and warm home cooking were exactrly what we needed at that moment! We will always remember the kind treatment we recieved at Cielo House.

"Superou minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos"

O Cielo House Inn superou minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos. A começar pelo atendimento. O senhor que fica lá é a simpatia em pessoa. Ele não só nos emprestou, mas deu dois adaptadores dr tomada para nossa viagem. O quarto era amplo e confortável. Excelente custo benefício na Califórnia.

Se tivesse café da manhã, seria perfeito. A cortina do chuveiro também é um pouco incômoda, mas até já acostumei com várias hospedagens não terem box nos EUA.

Location, clean, representative of the booking.

Staff tended to be boisterous when turning rooms. From a motel parking lot it was very noticeable.

"Do NOT stay here! Management does NOT care about safety of guests!"

The room was clean

There was nothing on the floor of the shower to prevent falls. My 81 year old mother fell. Thank God she wasn't badly hurt but we had to call 911 for the fire department to help her stand up. If she had been by herself who knows what would have happened. Worse, when I told the manager, he told me it was my mom's fault it happened because she didn't use the cloth bath mat in the shower that was hanging over the shower rod. This is nonsense because using a cloth bath mat in a shower is a trip hazard.

Great location and quiet enough to rest at night however…..

Why would the cleaning crew talk loudly on the phone right next to the door on Easter Sunday at 8am….. I get noise from cleaning but this was a personal call taken right in front of the door. So loud, rude, and unprofessional from a cleaning maid.
