To noise at night avoid this location.

Location. Its very central to Olhos de Aqua, the beach is literally down the road, with all restaurants, bars and coffee shops, everything very close. You could not pick a better place. Apartment was central, had balcony, nice size living room with bed. Internet was perfect, seriously strong net, plus tv with many channels. Kitchen had everything you need, even washing machine, which is rare. Bedroom was big with plenty of storage, bathroom big too, and water always hot; Everything you need is literally below your apartment, the location is so great, grocery stores not faraway from there too. The local supermarket have a nice coffee shop inside with fresh pastries. Absolutely loved it and hope to be back.

The fact they are charging you extra for late arrival. To be charged 50 euro for arriving after midnight, knowing people arriving by plane from all around the world, plane can be delayed, so does the transport, its simply greedy in my eyes. Also the bed were super uncomfortable, so for longer stay this might be a problem.
