Smell in bathroom TV didn’t work

Unclean, nasty smell from the bathroom, poor level of decoration and poorly maintained.

The place was roomy. The maintenance staff called were pleasant and helpful for an electric socket loose from the wall and a non- functioning washing machine There was air conditioning..

There was a continuous bad smell of sewage in the place. I complained to management, but there was no response Also it is quite a remote location

Absolutely awful drain smell - we up and left after 2 hours as we both felt ill. Home stay who let the apartment said there was an estuary underneath but the reception said they have the problem with this apartment often. The bed was poor not that we stayed in it but we did try and take an afternoon siesta with the windows wide open in the wind and rain 🙈 on a plus we got a full refund which was much appreciated.

The accommodation was as described. It had all the necessary linen and kitchenware. The property was nice and clean.

Information could have been provided about local amenities (ie where to eat, buses etc), there was none. A channel list for the tv would have been useful. Pool gate code - I arrived at the pool early one morning to find the gate not opened (fortunately there was someone working there who told be the code) Initially there was no toilet roll in the accommodation and because i arrived around 8pm there was nowhere to get some (fortunately I had some tissues). This was rectified the next day on contacting the hosts. The light above the door was not working, so difficult to see key code on box (fortunately had torch facility on my phone).

The crazy bed area design How can have a bed enclosed by wooden posts Not only is it difficult to get out but also dangerous in that you could trap your arm whilst sleeping As for a double How does the other person who is crammed against the wall get out I am glad my partner did not come Also the water was cut off and only owners were informed so I was not told Apparently it is up to the owner to inform

Toxic smell of sewerage in apartment. Needs a deep clean. Patio dirty
