It is difficult when you have to collect keys from a different place than where the property is located. Please can there just be a lock box like most other places.

Location is very handy indeed, good proximity to beach, local shops and routes to other places. It was generally pretty quiet, though we were visiting in the off season so wouldn't be able to comment on how it would be during summer holidays! Company was approachable and gave good instructions for pick up and access to the accommodation. There were good facilities to allow cooking, cleaning etc for our stay.

The place was clearly once very nice but now feels run down in places and didn't really look as advertised. Crumbling damp plaster in the bathrooms especially the en suite and black mould growing there too, which made everything (bedding, clothes etc) feel and smell rather fusty, even when we left the balconies open to try and air it out. Floors and furniture were grubby when we got there and it felt as though the place had only been perfunctorily cleaned and definitely not properly aired. It was a cheap stay, so we didn't complain but I would sincerely suggest the agency gives the place a deep clean and sorts out the bathrooms before letting it out again.

Locaion was very close to main streets and to the beach.the place is very big, coz and conformable. I enjoyed staying and will come again!

Parking a car in the neighbourhood is quite a challenge. There are 2 slots when the old cars are leaving and new cars arriving and you must be on time ( 8-9 am and 17-18 pm) to get a spot. I guess in summer it will be worse, but there is always paid parking near fish market. Regarding the apartment, one of the rooms and bathrooms were heavily affected by DANA ( we arrived just the day after it so it was expectable, but my reco to the owner is to renovate that room asap)

The option of extra keys could be included in initial booking, having paid a deposit for extra keys they HAD to be handed in the day before departure! is your office open on Sundays?

Comfortable beds and nice apartment

We struggled to find the apartment and tried to call, but they refused to talk on the phone, only wanted to send messages. This was difficult while driving in the heat and having a crying baby in the back. Would have apprechiated someone to talk to. Also, they charge for a baby bed and had no high chair for baby, this is for me something that should be included when renting and i have never experienced someone taking charged for this. Big minus for me.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. Property owners were quick to reply via WhatsApp. The kitchen had plenty Of nice looking utensils and everything worked very well.

It was farther away than we expected and horrible to park the car, took us an average of 15 minutes when we got home in the evening.
