Casa AL Reis

The property staff were very responsive and check-in was very easy. We organised an airport transfer through the property which worked out very well upon arrival. The apartment is located extremely close to a big supermarket, and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Faro with restaurants and shops. Everything was as described.

Apartment was superb, everything you need and more...maybe a little too big for our short stay, didn't take advantage of it fully. Also a great location and easy walking distance to nearby restaurants as well as the harbour.

Some complimentary tea or coffee would have been nice upon arrival, to avoid finding a local supermarket for some shopping immediately. Only a minor point, everything was lovely.

The apartment itself is very nice, spacious and well equipped. Location wise, it is close to the centre but you need to consider Faro is a very small town with not much to do. If you plan to hit the beaches (our case) you need to take a cab everywhere, and it can take up to one hour to get there.

Can't give it a 10 due to lack of air-conditioning. There's ceiling fans in all rooms (except the kitchen), but unless you stay under them all the time, it is really hot 🥵

Perfectly equipped flat, large enough for 2+2 family, did not even use one of its rooms🙂 Located in the city center, so do not expect sea view. Great starting point for trips across entire Algarve.

Good location, easy walk into the centre and excellent shops in the vicinity. Clean quiet area. Particularly impressed with the key pad entry, easy to use and no need to mess around with keys.

difficult to find exact door outside, plastic oranges on the table- would be a very nice surprise to find real oranges
