Vilamoura Marina Duplex by Homing

Location is excellent with marina views (the photo with the flag is from our balcony - we were that close!). Welcome by Homing was warm and friendly. They were helpful and efficient. The property is a little tired and could do with a refresh but it was clean and comfortable.

The water in the shower cubicle did not drain away as fast as it should and was prone to overflow so we had to have workmen come to the apartment during our stay. It would have been better for these things to be noticed/reported by Homing or the cleaning crew prior to guest occupation. Hopefully this is now sorted for future guests.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the check in process was easy. Location is fantastic. Lovely view over the marina and right in the heart of the town. Apartment was a good size and well laid out.

As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment was quite run down and felt dirty. The back bedroom did not have Aircon and was too warm to sleep in.

Location good, easy to find Staff is nice

No air conditioning in the second bedroom. No cloth washing machine.

old dated curtains ripped had trouble getting in main door key jest kept turning. complained a no of times . there are no sunbeds to lie on. generally just poor
