Staff were very unprofessional and rude. Reported an issue and was told i was being negative and that they are not willing to resolve it. Simply told to report it with the platform booking.com. Air con in the bedroom is situated above the wardrobe. The pipes of the air con leaks water. All clothes placed in the wardrobe were damaged from the leaked pipes and soaking wet and smelly. Had a bucket load of water which leaked. Hosts unwilling to fix or offer compensation. Had to replace batteries in remotes for anything to work One key between 5 guests Small toilet

We arrived very late due to the delays, however, she met us and was very welcoming! Highly recommended. She was very kind and polite, grateful for their understanding. The apartment was very spacious, nice and what I needed this time round for this trip. Easy access to everything. They provided us with what we needed and more, I did not expect extras such as games - drinking cards and playing games which we didn't realise until the last day but I'll be using it next time.

The neighbours downstairs were drilling every morning, which was very annoying. We did complain but they couldn't do much as it was within hours of them making noise. But this was something the hosts couldn't do. Hopefully, they fixed what they needed to fix when I'm back because I am definitely coming back. But next time, could you at least provide us washing liquid and sponge for the kitchen as this was not provided and we had to buy our own but which we did not mind but would had been good if it was already provided. It's a kitchen standard.
