"Awful staff but great apartment"

-The appartement was very clean, which is rare in Portugal - It is more spacious than what I expected and I loved it. - Many utensils to cook and to feel like home

- Awful and unprofessional agent to welcome you. She was half an hour late for the check-in , rude and threatened to evict me because I expected apologies from her. Also she misleaded me into sending me a prior text message about a self check in when it was clearly not as we had to met ! - The pool was empty and closed ! The ad was saying the opposite. - The walls are very thin so you hear the neighbours constantly from 7h to midnight. That's terrible especially when they have s*x..
