INWe were pleasantly surprised at how nice the individual huts were.. well maintained, super clean, and excellent value. It’s located within walking distance to the Harbour in case you need to catch an early fast boat, and the family that owns it are very humble and helpful.
The WiFi isn’t great, but I don’t think it’s great anywhere on Nusa Penida. Maybe that will change with time…

GBVery pretty bungalows surrounding a lovely pool a short walk from main street. The owners were super friendly but didn't speak much English so difficult to communicate but WhatsApp was a good option. Very clean and comfortable rooms with free water each day. Breakfast basic but good for the price of room. They were very helpful getting us boat tickets and booking a private tour.
We booked a day tour with private driver via the owner. We didn't actually know what we had booked or what it included. Our suggestion to the owner is that they write down what they offer and detail the tours and price. Would make it easier for both owner and customers. The cockerells start around 3am and don't stop - take ear plugs.

GBThe owners made the trip. They couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. They booked us a driver to look after us for the duration of the trip, who gave us a tour of the west side of the island. This exceeded our expectations. The driver was so kind and caring, and gave us a personal tour showing us the most amazing sites. The accommodations was fantastic, it had all the amenities you could need whilst away. The owner and family were very welcoming; it made it feel like a home from home. Would defiantly recommend.

There were multiple things we didn’t like - in the room there were a lot of spiders and cockroaches, I even woke up with a huge one on my face in the middle of the night. I know that there are a lot of insects in Bali, but this was the only place I have stayed and had cockroaches. - the doors weren’t closing enough, so it was space for everything to enter the room, even a very big lizzard - the place wasn’t cleaned properly - it is kind of remote, not a friendly area to walk around The rooms are a nice idea, but not well maintained. We were happy that we stayed only one night.
FRWe loved our stay in Grand Cory. Everyone very kind and accommodating. Everything is new and kept clean and tidy. We loved the beautiful garden, the swimming pool, the decorations in the rooms. Breakfast was simple but perfect for the price. Very relaxing. Outdoor area with big table. Good advice. Excellent communication via whatsap. Well situated to see everything.
The bungalows are close to each other so depending on who you have next to you can determine the noise. But never late late so not really a big issue.
